Sand or soda blast all the parts before paint?
Everything looks cleeeeeeeaaaan.

Thanks guys!! :)
Yes, its just peel and stick and a little heat around corners, and some compound curves, it moulds vere well.

First run yesterday. It went well, 1 hour riding. The banshee shocks are great, the tyres are shot, and the engine doesnt sound to clever.
Its poping on deccellaration in every gear. and it gets a little hot , i think its very lean.
Also i hear a ZZZZZZZ sound like a bad bearing from the side of the cluch cover.
The valve clearence is ok no ticking sound, in fact i think the head is very quiet.
Performance wise its no mach at all for my friend stock raptor350... although the gearing is different( i have 14/40 22" he has 13/40 20") and i wheight 86kg and he about 60kg, but still i think it shoulnt be such a big difference.
My pipe is very loud an very inadaquate i think it came from a 600cc bike or something...
Plans:
get a new intake manifold flange
Diy jetting( i ve done some reading but gona need help from you guys)
