thats a factory hole in the air box there is and inlet that goes there and the hose goes to the inlet that missing
 
That hole in the airbox is where the air intake tube goes and that tube is the Crank case vent tube it connects into that also and RTV will fix that exhaust leak right up with a good hose clamp
 
Awesome guys! super fast reponses! Do you guys think I need to get that inlet and elbow for the hose?
