Did a leak dwn test to find out that the intake and exhaust valve was bent, going to pull the top end port and polish head hot cams just to name a few.

change your gearing, cam it, hi comp piston, slip on exhaust and open up the intake

How big on the carb should I go?

well Gen 1 is runin a yfz 450 carb which is a fcr 39mm carb

Gen how much quicker does that carb make your quad? I just installed a um air box with a 250 r k&n air filter stole the idea from YouTube lol
