In the parts listed at the very beginning of the thread does that include a new lever and that whole set up that mounts up on the handle bars?

No thats just for the cable etc.Any universal lever assembly should work.

I just looked and from my local dealer they want $53.89 for these parts.

From yamahasportsplaza.com its $32.14 plus whatever shipping is.

From yamahapartshouse.com its $41.12 plus whatever shipping is.

From motosportwarehouse.com its $30.49 plus whatever shipping is.

The stock lever will work but for a few bucks get a universal and get rid of the stock lever and all the park brake clutter that goes with it.

I got mine from Rocky Mountain or Dennis Kirk, pretty cheap either one.

Ive got an MSR,20-25 bucks? You can get a Tusk perch for $7 or so and use your existing lever.

Is that MSR pretty tough? Because i bought i new lever about 5-6 months ago and it already has alot of play in it.

Do yall think it would pull easier with an aftermarket clutch lever and perch?

so did you fixed it? why was the cable too long?

well i gave a a shot to this mod yesterday but with only these parts :

5YT-15441-10-00 HOLDER, CLUTCH CABLE $6.41

95817-08045-00 BOLT, FLANGE (95802-08045-00) $0.95

5YT-26335-10-00 CABLE, CLUTCH $10.83

i don't know what i did wrong but it seems that the cable is a couple inches too long :( any ideas people?

really people no ideas? no one has this mod done on the warrior?

Try moving your push lever on the shaft to a position that will take up the slack ,
don't know what else to try ,it seems to work for mine.
