Thanks. That's what I figured it would be, but knowing the way things end up going, I would have done that and there would have been spot welds.

There is something rattling around inside the stock exhaust I just picked up, so I want to pull the baffle out and it doesn't seem to want to come out. I removed the screw and knocked on the lip with a screw driver, but the lip just bent. Do I need to heat/cool it?

Since you mention a bad connection, I'll try putting it back in and see if it works. I just swapped it with one off another warrior I have apart and didn't check the connections. How much for the relay if I end up needing it?

I finally found them on the diagram. They are under the frame section, part #11 and #12. With those 2 parts they only end up being about $1.00ea cheaper than the aftermarket ones.
