nope no start on dragging it am chec king timing on the engine now but clueless about mark settings cam mark shouild be at top or bottom t mark or fire mark in line with the cam mark ????????????????????????????

thanks as for more info the bike ran perfect just had the compression checked and its almost 200 lbs spark seems weak as for the starter it was fried ( just tries to turn then gets hot ) so i have been draging it to try and start no other sound sor anything been rinding it for...
