Thats actually my quad. The raptor 350 shocks are quite a bit better than the warrior shocks.(not that they are as good as aftermarket or anything) The picture shows the warrior shocks. Other than the shocks there isnt really any differences with the suspension set-up. Heres apic of the raptor...

The raptor 350 stem fits on the warrior perfectly. It is about 3/4" longer.However I do not know if the warrior bar clamp will fit the stem I did not try that as I had aftermarket bars and clamp that were made for the Raptor. The bottom half of the stem is the same for sure. Worst case senario...

Heres my experience with water. Sunk it at little sahara. Pulled it around behind a dune buggy, jump starting it for 15 min, it started an ran like crap, so i ran the crap out of it, and its great now

Its pretty easy if you have a welder. Just cut the actual light bracket off of the headlight assembly bracket and then weld the light bracket to the frame just behind the top shock tower mount. wire brush it, prime it, paint it. Bake at 350 for 30 min. (just kiddin on the baking part) :)
