Yeah, it looks like it would fit my Rappy 350. For what it's worth, the mounting points on those Tusk bumpers don't look very solid, or well thought out, so maybe you lucked out! :evilface:
I was looking at your pics of the crash, and it looks like the AC bumper held up very well, considering the impact it must have taken. The welds didn't even look like they were broken. Did the bumper bend any?
By the way, I got me a new AC off of Ebay for $70 shipped. :D
Nice work. Wonder if you could use a cherry bomb (glass pack) muffler on an ATV? They are cheap, and compact, but wonder if the back pressure and noise levels would be acceptable?
I was reading the other day about using hairspray to install grips. When it's wet, the grips slide on easier...after the hair spray dries, it becomes tacky enough to keep them in place.

I am sure this has been asked a million times already, but I can't seem to get a definite answer on what jetting or carb mods need done. HMF recommends dropping the clip one position with just the slip-on, and to shim the needle .030" with the UNI filter. Would this be correct?

From the pictures it looks like you could just use some square tubing to fill the gap between the foot pegs and guard, if you don't want to mod the stock pegs. On my Raptor, the pegs are a little wider than the Warriors, so the gap shouldn't be quite as big. The rear bracket might be a little...
