Well. I looked around and didn't find any good jetting tips. I pulled the plug to see what if it might be running rich or lean. and the new plug has the same old light brown color to i. not white and not black.. so should I bother with jets?

I almost did.. buit a friend of mine talked me into the DG's They'll be here and installed by wed. of this week

this thing has been running rich sorta.. little black smoke on start up.. I know that's rich.. but I'm gonna pull the plug and see what it looks like tomorrow after work and figure it out. The pipe is the GYT-R so I'm sure they'll have something about rejetting it.

Ok everybody keeps telling me to jet the rappy cause I have a K&N.. I didn't think I needed to.. but I got the GYT-R muffler on last night and it helped some.. but with the K&N and the GYT-R, Should I jet it or no? If so, how much? Thanks in advance guys

That's odd.. my friends 400EX has a hot cam T4 muffler headwork, and changed frnt sprocket. My Raptor only has a debaffled muffler jet kit, K&N, and me on it.. it smoked the 400 before I ever finished 5th gear, then I hit 6th and left him.
