Found this video about removing and installing new swingarm bearings... mine looked just as bad as his does, The video is for a banshee but other than removing the chain cover it is 100% identical

Do not install swing arm bearings by hammering them in, they must be pressed in!!

DO NOT INSTALL SWING ARM BEARINGS BY HAMMERING THEM IN, THEY MUST BE PRESSED IN!!

See attached installation video how to press them in without a press.
This video is for a dirt bike but can be used for an ATV swing arm also.

Put the bearing in a freezer for about a half hour and put some heat on the swing arm bearing area and they will slide in almost half way before you even start to press them in. :tup: (SEE BELOW VIDEO)
