Over the winter, it tore my 2000 down to do some painting, while i had the motor out, i decided to upgrade. I went from a mainly stock bike (pipe, filter) to a 366 JE, hotcam, clutch oil cooler, direct shift, acc pump modd. WOW!!! what a difference. I am still breaking her in now but i can tell a huge increase in power. She now pulls alot harder and does not boogge on an upshift like she used to. I am waiting on my DeadLast Graphix to finisher her off. Cant wait to see how it looks and to show you guys the finished product. This site is great. Be for I joined i would not have ever thought of doing all that i have to my quad. I have learned alot from everyone. Every question i could think of, some one had already answered. Thanks guys for giving me the confidence to tear it all apart and build a ride i can be proud of.

I noticed that. Think we used the same color on frame

Can't wait to get that graphic kit to finish it off

Air box

I want to open up my air box for better flow but didn't want to cut my lid. I may want to use it some time or sell it. Since i dont have a the adapter plate for the direct clamp on filter, i needed something to hold my filter in place be sides the seat. LOL. So this is what i came up with. I cut it out of a sheet of 1/4 inch plastic i had laying around the shop. I need to add more foam to the filter plate to insure it makes a good seal the the intake boot. What do you think about it?

Added some YFZ ish looking scoops. Got them cut nicely to fit the fenders to look like the are part of the tank side cover as the YFZ's have. The front edge bends in to be strait with the center line of the bike.
