my light bulb busted or shattered inside my lenze and on my reflectors its all foggy with black and white crap
i tried washing it

what can i do? should i Buy new ones? i have been thinking of doing a angel eye conversion kit should i do that?

I don't think there's anything you can do for your messed up headlight, I would just go and get some cheap driving lights for a car and put them on in place of the stock headlights.
