ok... i wire brushed my old plug after rejet and it had poping,,,, so i fuel aired a lil bit wire brushed the plug still poping spitting sputtering but the plug is dark black hmm ,,, ?? ???
 
what leads you to believe it's lean? they can act up like that if they're too rich.
