The spring on the outside of the clutch case that spirals around the clutch lever on my warrior broke. I haven't noticed anything different about how the clutch works, but I wanted to know if the spring really served a purpose, and if it was worth replacing. thanks
 
I assume you mean the spring for the shift shaft area on the clutch cover... That spring helps pull the lever back and engage the clutch; even though it appears to be running ok I would replace it - It is not that expensive and not that hard at all to replace.
