well when i replaced mine it was considered an oil soaked stator. my manual even says to drain the oil before you pull it out becuase its soaked in oil.
well that sucks,now i have to figure out what the hell is wrong with it, and also where is the timing mark and where does the sprocket need to be set, and also if the the head is already off how do i check for a floated valve a buddy mentioned it to me ???i dont have any manual so all help would be appreciated
