I just joined today and I just sold my Bayou 250 and looking for a 250ex, 300ex, or a Warrior. I know this is a Warrior site, but its worth a try..lol ;D My dad also has himself a '04 Wolverine.
 
hey, hope you get the warrior because it'll prolly be the best outta your choices.... this site is very helpful and very friendly.
 
i would definitely get a warrior. they have more power and are an all around better bike than a 300 and 250ex
 
Def. cross the 250ex out if your looking for a perfomance lower cc 4 stroke, it's basically an auto clutch machine. The 300ex is an underachiver IMO, however the reliability is awsome, the Warrior and Raptor 350, have tons of aftermarket parts available, plus a better foundation to start with. Just my opinions. Anyway you can't beat the initial cost of either, their just cheap.
