Yea and believe it or not blasters are only bringing high 800's right now. I bought mine for 700 in 2005 and it was a 98. I would put it on craigslist or local newpaper. hopefully you will find a dad that is looking for a cheap birthday present for a son or daughter.
 
I still got a 2 stroke bone or two in my body - I will say that my blaster is pretty damn quick, It stays with my yfz till about 4th gear and my warrior till top 5 gear. But my blaster is sorta a drag setup in the motor department but still trail rideable. But the banshee that I am babysitting for a while is a whole different feel than the blaster but way slower than my yfz
